Innovation and Product Development Strategist PSCU
As an innovation strategist, René Clayton identifies strategic vision for multiple solutions across PSCU’s organization. She has 20 years of experience in technology, management and product development. René contributes to the corporate strategy by evangelizing new digital solutions, geared at enhancing service and member experience. She assists the executive teams in the development of insight driven strategies for the latest emerging technology including automation, machine learning and artificial intelligence. By fostering innovation across the enterprise, she collaborates with both internal and external tech communities.
Recently, she led the winning team in an Internet of Things (IoT) project and PSCU was awarded “Easiest to Explain to Mom” category during the PYMNTS.com 2018 Voice Challenge with Amazon Alexa.
René is currently enrolled in MIT’s Sloan School of Management Executive Education program, and successfully completed courses focused in AI and IoT implications on business strategy. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management, PMP, is a certified scrum master and skilled in Design Thinking.
